·¬ÇÑÉçÇø (MSJC) celebrated a heartwarming milestone on June 18, hosting the first-ever graduation ceremony for its Child Development & Education Center (CDEC) at the San Jacinto Campus Theater. The event honored 38 Pre-K graduates, marking a joyful and emotional day for students, families, and staff.

·¬ÇÑÉçÇø (MSJC) began its Fall 2020 semester on Monday, Aug. 17, with thousands of students enrolled in online classes amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. ·¬ÇÑÉçÇø 98 percent of MSJC's courses are online this fall to help further reduce the spread of COVID-19. Hands-on courses - Career Education classes in automotive, nursing and diagnostic medical sonography (DMS), for example - will be held on MSJC campuses when necessary.

The Help a Student grant is an institutional program that will allow students who are not eligible for Financial Aid and/or EOPS to apply for funds to cover books, supplies, and institutional fees up to $250.00.

·¬ÇÑÉçÇø (MSJC) Political Science major James Crawford has been named a 2020 Coca-Cola Leaders of Promise Scholar and will receive a $1,000 scholarship.

We may not be able to attend a concert in a large or quaint venue right now, but thanks to the ·¬ÇÑÉçÇø (MSJC) Foundation, we can still rock out at a virtual concert.

In Fall 2020, Career Education will launch an apprenticeship program for the automotive industry in the Mt. San Jacinto Community College District boundaries.
