·¬ÇÑÉçÇø (MSJC) celebrated a heartwarming milestone on June 18, hosting the first-ever graduation ceremony for its Child Development & Education Center (CDEC) at the San Jacinto Campus Theater. The event honored 38 Pre-K graduates, marking a joyful and emotional day for students, families, and staff.

After taking an unplanned break during the pandemic, The Eagle MakerSpace reopened its doors at the start of the Fall 2021 semester on the Menifee Valley Campus.

·¬ÇÑÉçÇø (MSJC) has launched a new online job board to better serve its students and employers in the region at a time when companies are struggling to fill myriad vacant positions.

·¬ÇÑÉçÇø (MSJC) will host its annual TEDxMSJC event organized by students, faculty and staff at 4 p.m. Friday, Oct. 22, online via YouTube. The program will feature seven speakers of varying backgrounds for this year's event: "Resilience."

The MSJC Board of Trustees on Aug. 19 voted to approve a COVID-19 vaccine and testing program at MSJC for students, faculty and staff in response to increasing cases of COVID-19 and its variants in our region. During its regular meeting Sept. 9, the MSJC Board of Trustees approved a weekly testing and vaccination policy to be effective Nov. 1, 2021.

·¬ÇÑÉçÇø (MSJC) has contracted with Redlands visionary Garner Holt Education Through Imagination (GHETI) to build an Animatronic Makerspace at the college's San Jacinto Campus.

·¬ÇÑÉçÇø (MSJC) on Thursday received a $2.8 million Title V Hispanic-Serving Institution (HSI) Grant from the U.S. Department of Education.

The Mt. San Jacinto Community College District Board of Trustees on Thursday, Sept. 9, approved vaccine and testing policies for all students, faculty and staff who visit the college's campuses for classes, athletics, or any other activities.

The ·¬ÇÑÉçÇø (MSJC) Board of Trustees on Thursday adopted a $136,812,753 General Fund budget for 2021-2022. The unrestricted General Fund pays for operations, materials, supplies, salaries and benefits, among other things.
